Course Description

This programme covers an introduction to cookery and the technology design process. You will learn basic cookery skills for life, along with, sensory analysis, nutrition and food safety.
You will have weekly practical cooking blocks where you will learn how to take a traditional family favourite meal and “make it over” to a healthier choice.
