Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms M. Brown.

This programme has three modules involving healthy breakfast, burgers and mocktails. You will learn food safety, nutrition, the technology design process and how to create your own recipes.
There will be a weekly cooking lesson where you learn how to evaluate and adapt recipes. A focus on the design process will prepare you for Year 11 technology courses.
