Course Description
This course gives the students the opportunity to investigate nutritional issues impacting on New Zealand society. The course involves research tasks, theory work and practical cookery components. An interest in health and wellbeing is beneficial.
Recommended Entry Criteria
Level 1 or Level 2 Food Technology or Level 1 or Level 2 Health or see HOD.

You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
