Course Description

This course gives students the opportunity to increase their practical cookery skills and gain a sound base knowledge of what Hospitality work could involve. Those looking to find employment in any aspect of Hospitality are encouraged to take this course. There is a combination of theory work and practical cookery, including food safety, pasta and nutrition.
