Level 3 Digital Technology Development and Coding

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr S. Copley.

If you already have a strong foundation in programming, database and web development skills, and an understanding of how digital devices work, but you want to take these skills to the next level, then this course is for you.  You will follow industry best-practices to manage projects and use complex techniques to develop interactive, database-driven web applications.  Using object-oriented programming (OOP) you will code computer programs, complete with graphical user interfaces (GUIs).  Each of your projects will be skilfully designed to deliver a great user experience (UX).

Recommended Entry Criteria

12 credits in Level 2 Digital Technology Development or see HOD.
