Level 3 History
Course Description
Following on from Level 2 History students will complete a topic on the Cuban Missile Crisis. During this they will be taught the skills that they need to complete their 10 credit research project. Students have freedom of choice in this project, giving them the opportunity to pursue their passions and to complement other subjects. The perspectives topic is built around contested views of the Norman Invasion of Britain 1066. The theme for this year is ‘Being a Historian’.

14 credits in Level 2 History or 14 Merit or Excellence credits in Level 2 English, or see HOD.
