Level 2 Drama
Course Description
Students will continue to develop drama skills including improvisation, devising, acting and technical skills. Aspects of theatre studies will be introduced. Students will be expected to attend out-of-school rehearsals and at least one public performance and/or workshop during the year.
Note: It is anticipated that in 2025 this subject will be a part of an NZQA pilot for the new curriculum, so course components are not yet finalised.
Recommended Entry Criteria
14 credits at Level 1 Drama or a sound performance history.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Attend a Public performance.
