Year 9 Music Advanced

(Students must apply for this course) 

This is a course for students who are serious about music and advancing their skills on their instrument. Participating students will have a pre-requisite level of competence on any instrument, usually two years of regular tuition or equivalent skill level.  On completion of this course, students will have the skills and knowledge to join one or more of our major ensembles: Orchestra, Jazz Band or Choir.  Other groups are possible, including Rock Band, depending on the student intake for the year.
