Year 9 Digital Technology Advanced

This course is for those students who enjoy using digital devices but would like to know a little more about how they work and how computer apps and games are created. If this sounds like you, then the one-term 9DTA course is a great option. Students will develop their ‘algorithmic thinking’ skills and learn to independently code computer programs; create simple computer graphics and use them in their projects; and learn about concepts such as binary numbers and how computers use them. This course is an excellent introduction to the world of computer coding.
