This course is made up of three units of work. The first unit familiarizes students with basic textile construction techniques and processes using commercial patterns, building on the learning in Year 10. They will need to demonstrate an ability to implement simple adaptions to a pattern. The other units require students to write a brief and design and make a costume for the Performing Arts department.
